Dan’s key responsibilities at Thoughtful encompass crafting and executing the product and marketing vision while building a world-class go-to-market and platform team. Dan brings over 14 years of experience as an operator and product leader (two-time former founder). His career has been staked in starting, leading, mentoring, and investing in technology companies such as ORA Interactive, DRYV, and BetterUp, building incredible products to fuel growth and ROI. While consulting at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, he cut his teeth in enterprise software and infrastructure right out of school. A proud alumnus of the University of Cincinnati, Dan holds degrees in finance and information systems. Beyond his professional pursuits, he has a wife of 10 years, two sons, and two dogs. A man of diverse interests, Dan enjoys family time, live music, and immersing himself in continued self-discovery, travel, and uncovering new schools of thought.
