A number of issues lead to long wait times at medical practices. What’s the most common problem you experience at your practice?

Practice Notes blogger Sue Jacques recently wrote about the long wait times she experiences when she visits her doctor.

“Medical personnel are notorious for being late, and often with good reason,” she wrote. “Emergencies, complications, and staffing issues can all cause unexpected and lengthy delays. And in the world of medicine, where teamwork is vital, one person's tardiness can literally upset the whole apple- cart or, in this case, crash-cart.”

Jacques went on to provide five tips for better time-management at medical practices.
