Slideshow

Health care is a stressed out industry. And sometimes, stress and burnout can lead to frustration and incivility between colleagues or even with patients.

Practices that are experiencing incivility issues can fix things. It’s not easy, but there are steps to take. Klatt’s presentation outlined 12 steps to restore civility at your organization. Check out the slideshow.
