With all the useful information available on Physicians Practice, it is easy to become overwhelmed.

With this in mind, the tip of the week is a chance to reflect on some of the wisdom found all across the site. In this May 2017 article on five ways to counteract procrastination, Jeff Davidson gives this tip:

2. Decide which of these tasks must be done by you and you alone because you have the knowledge, skills, and expertise to handle the issue. It can't be farmed out to anyone else. Anything that can be handed off - delegated - ought to be. You can also always monitor the results afterwards.
