How Small Medical Practices Can Survive Change

Video

Healthcare continues to evolve, so in order for small medical practices to survive, physician owners and administrators need to embrace new roles.

According to Halee S. Fischer-Wright, president and CEO of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the business of medical practices a decade ago "no longer applies." In this video, Fischer-Wright discusses the need for physician owners to be more involved in the business dealings of their practice and for increased collaboration with administrators.

Fischer-Wright will be among the speakers at this year's MGMA Annual Conference in Nashville, Tenn., from Oct. 11-14, 2015.  Visit our MGMA15 Conference Insider page for complete coverage
