As medical practice staffing woes persist, some states have been able to improve their job prospects while others have not.
According to the Physicians Practice Staff Salary survey, only 17% of practices have hired new nurses in the past five years.
These are the 10 worst states for nurses according to the experts at Wallethub. The rankings are based on opportunity and competition, as well as work environment.
